What happens if there is a mistake in our ketubah's text?
If you signed off on the text and we made a mistake afterwards, you will receive a replacement at no extra charge.
If the mistake was in the proof and you didn't catch it, we can create an entirely new ketubah, but you will need to pay the price of the print and shipping for the replacement.
What if we need to make changes after we place our order?
You may unexpectedly need to change your order after you place it (e.g. the design choice, the text you selected, or the personalization). Because your ketubah is created specifically for you, please understand that a fee will be charged if additional work is required to make these changes.
Can we cancel or return a ketubah?
If you cancel before you approve your proof, we will refund the cost of the print and shipping. Once you have approved your text, the sale is final and the ketubah cannot be returned because it was custom made for you.
